Winter sports in Poland

Our favourite sports are winter sports: ski jumping, cross country skiing, biathlon and alpine skiing. The winter sports season is from November to March. Our favourite ski jumpers are Adam Małysz (Poland) and Thomas Morgenstern (Austria). Or favourite cross country skiers are Justyna Kowalczyk fro Poland and Petra Majdić from Slovenia. Our favourite biathlonists are Tomasz Sikora from Poland and Ole Ejnar Bjoerndalen. Our favourite alpine skiers and Lindsey Vonn and Maria Riesch.

Pitagos Law

In June class 5b was on a trip to mathematical theme park in Wałbrzych called Explora Park. Children can play with Maths there, explore different mathematical tasks.

This is Poland

In June Sara finished a photofilm about Poland. She worked on Moovie Maker and the most important information about Poland she put in the film is:

- the capital city - Warszawa (Warsaw)

- the highest mountains - The Tatras Mountains

- the longest river - Vistula

- one of the most beautiful and the wildest place - Białowieża Forest.
